Use proper technique, equipment, supervision, and judgment.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms or injury.

Food databases may contain incomplete or inaccurate information.
Where accuracy is important, check the product's current nutrition label.
You can report inaccurate food information through Stride's feedback system.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary if:

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using Stride at any time and may delete your account through the available account controls.
16. No Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Stride is provided:
"as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- Stride will always be available
- every calculation will be correct
- every food record will be accurate
- every feature will operate without interruption
- every fitness or nutrition result will be appropriate for every individual
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dawson Delaurier and Stride will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use of Stride.
Stride is not responsible for injury or loss resulting solely from a user's decision to perform an exercise, follow nutrition information, or act on general fitness information without appropriate judgment or professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
This section is one I would specifically have a Canadian lawyer review before Stride becomes a paid commercial service.
18. Changes to These Terms
Stride is actively being developed.
These Terms may be updated as Stride evolves.
If changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate.
Where additional consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian laws, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
